GuestCAS is a cost-effective call accounting for hotels that just need to charge calls made by guests, and have them automatically sent to the PMS.

PMS INTEGRATION

Most modern PMSs (Property Management Systems) implement interface using TCP/IP.

 

But there are situations in which the connection with the PMS must be made via serial cable (RS-232C) either because of the hotel's requirements or due to the PMS's requirements.

COMPUTER REQUIREMENTS

NEVERTHELESS, WE CAN ALWAYS DIMENSION THE NECESSARY INFRASTRUCTURE FOR YOU

We recommend that GuestCAS be run on a virtual machine instead of using a physical computer, because it is much easier and faster for the hotel to recover in case of hardware failure: simply install GuestCAS' virtual machine file on a new virtual machine server and it will be up and running in just a few minutes.
 
Nevertheless, GuestCAS can be run on a physical computer if it is better for the hotel.
 
The requirements of the virtual machine (or physical computer) to run GuestCAS depends only on number of extensions in the PBX.
 
As an example, for hotels with up to 500 rooms, the following configuration is suggested:
